SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

When you opt in, you agree to receive text messages sent by or on behalf of Grandvista Mobile Car Detailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the mobile phone number you provide. Messages may include:

Booking confirmations when you schedule a detailing service
Appointment reminders before your scheduled service
Service follow-ups and satisfaction check-ins after your appointment
Occasional promotional offers and seasonal specials (no more than 4 per month)

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Transactional messages (confirmations and reminders) are sent in connection with appointments you schedule. Promotional messages will not exceed 4 per month. You can stop messages at any time — see Section 4.

Message and data rates may apply. These are charges from your wireless carrier — not from us. Check your wireless plan for details.

4. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying any of the following keywords to any of our messages:

After we receive your opt-out request, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will receive no further messages from us unless you choose to re-subscribe.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to book or purchase services from us.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance. You will receive a reply similar to:

This program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint/T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Your Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All mobile opt-in data and consent obtained through our SMS program — including your phone number, opt-in date, opt-in method, and consent status — will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared.

8. Consent Is Not Required to Purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any product or service from Grandvista Mobile Car Detailing. You may decline or opt out at any time without affecting your service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
